Let me tell you about the first time I tried this trick.

I was in the grocery store, standing in the sweetener aisle, holding two jars of honey. One was labeled “100% Pure Raw Honey” and cost $12. The other was a squeeze bottle labeled “Honey Blend” for $4. I wanted to believe the expensive one was worth it, but I’d read so many headlines about honey fraud that I hesitated.

That’s when I saw a viral video claiming you can tell real honey from fake by simply flipping the bottle upside down!
