Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread salsa over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
Add the taco meat evenly over the dough, then top with shredded cheese, olives, and green onions.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams closed.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
